First Generation...Yes or No??

AH as you know yesterday April 2nd was the unleash of the "anticipated" Apple IPAD!!! BADUM DUM DUMMMMMM!!!! Ha ok so maybe Apple went a little too overboard with thsi product by yelling chants like I-P-A-D who is rea-dy!?!? But that's beside the point, personally I am not impressed with the IPAD itself because it lacks so many things people wanted like a camera, 3g on its base model, a contract with VERIZON...BUT it let us down and it brings me to my point about "First Generations Products."

FGP:
Otherwise known as FGP, being first isn't always the smartest thing to invest in because it usually is overpriced, comes with flaws, and essentially it's the BETA testing of the product. The reason you want to hold off on buying a FGP is simply because they will (at least 99%% of the time) will always make a 10 TIMES BETTER Second Generation of the product. For example, the first Iphone cost $600 dollars. The buyers were mesmerized by scroll touching, access to thousands of apps, and the fact it was so revolutionary. BUT little did the first buyers know that 5 MONTHS LATER the SAME model with less flaws came onto the market for $299!!! That's literally half as much as the original cost 5 months earlier!!! It goes to show that FGP are NOT at all the best way to spend YOUR money on Take time to be patient for that SGP because it will always be better than the first! :)

Addicted to YOUR smartphone??...I know I am

Hey Everyone! Hola como estan ustedes por mis hispanas leidos! Today I was in the clinic waiting for my girlfriend medical check-up and I picked up "Today's Health" magazine and started skimmin' through it. And then suddenly and article of EPIC proportions HIT ME! Entitled "Are you addicted to your smartphone," the article talked about having the convenience of a smartphone in the palm of your hands releases the same hormone that people addicted to CRACK secrete. It's FASCINATING too, because I always find myself checking my phone waiting for a text from someone..ANYONE!! And the reason I do this is because I now have an emotional attachment to my phone. I wait for a "high" and that "high" being receiving a text from someone, and preferably it being a happy one :-) This psychoactive subconscious phenomena has affected MILLIONS with cell phones and now I am going to try to inform the public!!

First: Mental Barrier
A treatment it said for getting rid of this is start by forming a mental barrier from you and your phone. TECHNICALLY!!! Every time your phone goes off you DO NOT have to check it immediately...but sadly most of check it instantaneously. So, step 1is to form that barrier and resist the urge to just reply to that text.

Second: It's not going ANYWHERE
You are in a car and your phone goes off, you check it, and put yourself at risk and others by checking your phone. I challenge everyone, myself included, to start by turning off your cell phone while driving. Get to point B from point A by having a consistent look at the road and not your lap. This is just a small step toward breaking the addiction from smartphones, but I know it will work.

Studies show it takes 6 weeks to break an addiction, so from this point out forum I will join you in the race to stop the SPA (SmartPhone Addiction) and together we can FIGHT AND WIN THIS WAR..........................(ok....maybe a little too dramatic)!

Hey Young Free Tennessee! Yea, you know what I'm talking about. Yea PAYCHECKS BABY!!! They are like any good band...They rock while they last. Whenever its payday everyone gets so excited because they know they countless hours they spent at their second home is now going to be for enjoyment,right??...WRONG! Reality taps us on the shoulder and says, "Hey buddy YOU got bills to pay, and a stomach screamin' for the new 5 cheesy layer burrito from Taco Bell!" Unfortunately, the whole paycheck goes to all our bills, but I have discovered a smart way to never see some of the money that you earned...Direct Deposit is the smartest way to put money in another account before even seeing what you have!!! Start with putting away 5% of your paycheck every paycheck and watch the money grow as you let your money work for YOU!

Good afternoon Young Free Tennessee! This morning 3/15 I was a special guest on our local radio station Star 102.1 on the Mark, Kim, and Frank Morning Show!! It was very awesome and I had a ton of fun watching myself improvise on the spot with words and ideas!! :) As short as it was I definitely got to get my name out there as all 3 of the hosts tried to toy around with my crazy name, Mario Moncada Urbina and associated that kind of name like Sarah Jessica Parker! Hey everyone I just did some great filming for my campaign!! It was a lot of fun, it consisted of me interviewing people on what they were looking for in a spokesman and what were their first impression when they first met me!! :) It was very exciting and I'm still pumped about doing that my fingers are shivering as we speak!!! Tip # 1 - Avoid the Impulses

This name is defined in the Marketing sector as a way to give customers a last minute impulse to purchase whats right in front of them. For example, you are sitting there waiting in line and you see a Mountain Dew, starbursts pack, and the newest version of TeenYL! All these are giving you, the customer, a way to buy it even though they are far less expensive just a couples aisles below you! So if you are feeling the temptation to buy, just remember to avoid and get a bigger pack for half the cost! All you gotta do is just say "No" and turn around! :)

Tip # 2 - No Cash Back

I have been exposed to this before plenty of times until I realized that if I don't have cash in front of me, I can't spent it! :) So when you're about to check out and you swipe that debit/credit card...again just say "No" and you'll save that much more money :)

Inside my Thoughts: I have been sitting around watching the competition get much harder and realized, "Wait, why am I sitting around?!?! I should be doing something!!" So, Now I have officially have a new idea and new approach to how I will present myself to the panel of judges. It is a risk, but I think risks are the ones that will show how I should be the First Young and Free Tennessee Spokesman!!! Ah it's a good feeling knowing your going for a goal and when youre in competetion your awareness levels never, ever seem so alert. I love how things are going now I am now spreading the word at school, soon to be work, all my support social networking sites...ITS AWESOME!!! :) Well, I will keep you guys posted and be ready for a new video to pop up soon!

Taking a stand against all the odds is an anxiety disorder that everyone has, however, I have faith that everyone can break free from of this. Taking control of your life is what everyone must do in their lifetime. Young people have the hardest times doing this because following the crowds and blowing precious money away is exactly what happens. So my challenge is to spend a penny and put a penny away, seems easy but it’s not. Here are 2 tips that will have you screaming RETIREMENT!!!

Tip #1: Loose change is Good change

Ever caught yourself digging through your pocket finding pennies and lint? As little as this may seem it can become some big bucks if you just take the time to store it. Some good places are the ash tray in your car, the same jeans you wore the previous day, and the classic piggy bank. Try it for a month and cash out and see how much you make?

Tip #2: A buck Saved is a better buck Spent

As confusing as this tip sounds its quite simple. Save that buck that you were going to spend on some fast food and put it away in a savings account. Let the compound interest on that buck save you when times gets tight on money and you need an extra pocket to dig from.

This is my challenge for all you fellow young people. Be strong and voice your reasons on why or why not you spend cash because smart cash is only fot the informed.
